I was born in this lifetime as Julie Rosado Mathis to my beloved parents, Vylna Rosado and Larry Mathis. My Mother is Chilean and my Father, Texan. Living in a multi-cultural home provided me and my two brothers and two sisters a creative, adventurous environment. We all played music together and expressed ourselves creatively from a young age. I have always been on the spiritual path. From the time I was born, I was always searching for something more. Sometimes though religion, other times through creative expression and often through relationships. All of those experiences have led me to this present moment. I am deeply grateful for all experiences, from joyous to heartbreaking.
In 2006, I was given the name, "Ma Ananda Shreemati" by enlightened Master Paramhamsa Nithyananda. Literally translated as, "blissful, beautiful and fortunate", the name also carries a three fold meaning -- the essence of the being; the goal of enlightenment, and the path to get there. A great blessing to me, I have come to love this name.
I have played many roles this time around: mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, healer, yogi, interior designer, fashion designer, screenwriter, painter, sculptor and musician. But regardless of what name I am called or role I am playing, I feel myself to be simply a channel of the One that is breathing through all of us.
SEED is a creative expression that I receive through a deep process of meditation bringing me to the inner chambers of my heart. The music of SEED is the heart and soul of this body of work. It is in service and dedication to the children of our planet. May SEED touch you and inspire you to journey to the inner chambers of your own heart.
